This update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions consists of 28 new monographs and 126 updated monographs, including updates to the classification tables of drugs that are inducers, inhibitors, and substrates of cytochrome P450 isoenzymes. The monographs on the GLP-1 receptor agonists have been revalidated and updated, and several new drugs have been added including fezolinetant and zuranolone.

For this update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions, the classification tables of drugs transported by or affecting drug transporters have been fully updated against the FDA’s Examples of Drugs that Interact with CYP Enzymes and Transporter Systems 2023. In addition, several new drugs have been added. In total there are 54 new monographs and 159 revised monographs in this update.

The following drugs have been added: avapritinib, baloxavir marboxil, bictegravir, dacomitinib, erdafitinib, gilteritinib, favipiravir, fedratinib, larotrectinib, lasmiditan, lorlatinib, maribavir, pexidartinib, selumetinib, sotorasib, upadacitinib, vericiguat, and zanubrutinib. In addition, dicloxacillin and flucloxacillin have been reviewed and updated with respect to induction of CYP3A4.
