Authored by experts with extensive experience of mental health medications and referencing evidence-based studies, this essential knowledge helps multidisciplinary teams confidently manage clinical scenarios, including those where additional health needs and/or multiple diagnoses are present.
Recently acquired from founding editor Stephen Bazire, Psychotropic Drug Directory is the latest valuable resource to be added to MedicinesComplete.
“After 31 editions and over 30 years at the helm of The Psychotropic Drug Directory, I am delighted to be passing responsibility for the publication to Pharmaceutical Press. I am confident their expert editorial team will ensure the guidance continues to be an essential reference for clinical decision-making in mental health services.”

Independent information, advice, and commentary on psychotropic drugs, including:
“The Psychotropic Drug Directory has been an essential reference for more than thirty years. Readers greatly value its fact-based, densely referenced text and its summary tables and figures. Being carefully updated each year, it provides comprehensive, cogent and relevant advice while maintaining its familiar core structure and organisation. The PDD remains more than ever an essential resource for prescribers and is a perfect partner to the more narrative-based Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines in Psychiatry.”
