Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt during normal working hours, and fulfilled by Macmillan Distribution Ltd.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for delivery of items to PO Boxes.

Print book returns

We offer refunds for printed books purchased from PharmaceuticalPress.com if you tell us that you wish to return them within 14 days of receipt.

We do not offer returns for our publications where you have purchased them from another seller, you should contact that seller for information about your return rights.

We do not offer an exchange service. You should order any replacements on our website as a new order.

Conditions for return

To return a printed book, please email pharmpress-support@rpharms.com, providing details of the original invoice number, web reference, and information on the product being returned.

You must return the products, undamaged and in the condition with which they were delivered to you, at your own cost and risk to the following address.

The products are your responsibility until they reach the address above. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The costs of postage are your responsibility except as outlined below.

If you believe the product to be defective, you must have notified pharmpress-support@rpharms.com of the alleged defect(s) and provided photographs prior to returning the products to us.

Refunds

Refund of the price paid for the product will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request and subject to safe receipt of the products as outlined above.

We will only refund delivery charges if we accept that there is a defect in the product necessitating return.

Any refund will be issued to the original means of payment.

Digital subscriptions returns

You can cancel a subscription to our digital Products and Services on our site at any time by emailing pharmpress-support@rpharms.com but your rights to a refund will depend on your status, whether there is a problem with your subscription and whether you have already accessed our digital content.

Subscriptions purchased for your business and professional purposes
All subscriptions purchased by business customers (including individuals acting in a professional capacity) for our digital products and services are non-refundable except where otherwise specified in your individual licence agreement, the Individual NHS Professional Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions for evaluation or pro bono access.

Consumer Subscriptions
If you are a consumer, for most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not have the right to change your mind in respect of:

  • digital products after you have started to download or stream these;
  • digital services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;Therefore, if you are a consumer, and you access our digital products and services during the statutory cancellation period, you will not be entitled to receive a refund regardless of when you exercise your right to change your mind.

If you are a consumer, and you have purchased a subscription to digital products and services from us but not yet accessed these digital products and services, you can exercise your right to a refund by emailing pharmpress-support@rpharms.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refund of the price paid for the subscription will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request and subject to our confirmation that you have not accessed our digital products and services at any time before cancellation.
