- Abametapir is a pediculicide that has been used topically for the treatment of head pediculosis.
- Ansuvimab is a Zaire ebolavirus glycoprotein-directed human monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of Zaire ebolavirus infection.
- Belumosudil is a Rho-associated, coiled-coil containing protein kinase-2 (ROCK2) inhibitor used in the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease.
- Cenobamate is a carbamate antiepileptic used in the treatment of partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
- Fosdenopterin, a synthetic form of cyclic pyranopterin monophosphate (cPMP), is used as substrate replacement therapy to reduce the risk of mortality in patients with molybdenum cofactor deficiency (MoCD) type A.

- Onasemnogene abeparvovec, a gene therapy product, is used in children with spinal muscle atrophy type 1 which is associated with mutations in the survival motor neurone 1 (SMN1) gene. It is made from a recombinant adeno-associated virus serotype (AAV9) vector that contains a functional copy of SMN1.
